Let's make an EVE Net-economy !
Here is the idea :
First of all, we need a CCP hosted payment site (let's call it EVE-pay.com  ).
Now, imagine an eve-corp website (e.g. mycorp.com).
The page at the URL http://www.mycorp.com/order.html contains a form which can send a POST http command at the URL http://EVE-pay.com/pay.asp (as CCP loves ASP scripts ;p) with the arguments "callback" containing the URL to call after the payment, "destination" containing the player name who will receive the money and the optional arguments "amount" containing the amount of money to pay (if the payment isn't a free donation).
The script http://EVE-pay.com/pay.asp builds a page where the player who pays can enter his/her player (not account) name and his/her account password. The effect of this form-page is to transfer money from the player filling the form to the player pointed by the "destination" argument.
The result-page redirect to the page pointed by the "callback" argument with the argument "TransactionID". "TransactionID" contains the transaction ID in order to allow the "callback" script to check if the payment was really done. The transaction ID concerns the "destination" player only. So, to verify if the payment really occurs in the "callback" script, the script will have to perform an HTTPS request sending "destination" player's credentials and the "TransactionID". If the HTTPS request replies a page with ONLY the name of the player who pays, that means that the payment occurs and that the "buyer" is the player which name is in the result-page. Else, the request replies a 404 error.
Well, i admit it's a bit technical. But i think it's a very good mean to do online payment in ISK
I will certainly put a scheme to give better explanations

Why? Is (player) -> 'give money' not good enough for you???

It's not an ingame features. That's why the "give money" isn't enough.
As my idea is nested in a web-script, it permits to do some automation (like "pay per see my incredible screenshots" or "pay per accessing my forum" etc etc ...).
And ok, i admit, i must do some scheme to explain 
If someone can do it before me, i'll give her/him 50k isk

sounds good, you mean that a website could make people pay isk to access a website. i guess it would work. if it does a new econ could emerge!

I thought this was being implimented in the new web browser for shiva?
I could be wrong though (frequently am)
