I have a -ve standing with Amarr - they shoot me if I enter thier space. I usually do runs through in a vaga or inty.
If I jump into Amarr space will the faction navy appear beside me and scramble my carrier?
Also If I dock will I be able to undock without getting the carrier scrambled.

I think he means the Faction Warfare zones? As lowsec faction zones are CONCORD free anyway.
But then again, aren't capital ships prohibited to use these jumpgates?

No it normal lowsec Amarr owned space nothing to do with faction warefare. Amarr don't like me due to my running missions for other factions

Also, faction navies don't scramble anyone.
