Mammoth minor plex booster:
high: 1xshield transfer, 1xarmour repper or tractor/salvager mid: 1xMWD, 1xProjected ECCM, 2xremote sensor booster, 1xLADAR ECCM low: 2xinertial stab or 2x400mm armour, 1xsignal amp, 1xECCM amp
Somewhat cheap but zero tank logistics ship for the innumerable small gangs that are used on the minor plexes. Reppers to serve as a mobile staging post (with large cargo for ammo). ECCM and remote sensor boosters to allow fast locks for the rifters and thrashers.
Thoughts?

Well, as this is really just a plex support ship, its exposure to real enemies "should" be limited. You're right though, it won't survive long. But if you kept 50-100km away from the warp-in point and stayed aligned (we all stay aligned, right?!?), you should be safe.
I'm just looking for something that can act as a logistics ship. I've seen a couple of frigates get used in similar roles.

the problem with staying 50km away from the fray in a logistics ship is that you can't provide logistics, right?

just get a real logistics ship(guardian FTW!!!) and a alt that stay cloaked at a SS in and indy. Playing minmatar is "like going down a flight of stairs in a office chair firing an Uzi". |

Damn you and your fancy logic
Bah, I still like the idea. I'm AFEFT (away from EFT) but seem to recall only the repper modules had short range.
I'm just trying to get away from the random-gang-of-guns approach :)

The Onerios doesnt get the cargo expansion bonus iirc but the T1 ship does, i forget the name of it at this time. So you should probably go with that. It will give you over 1k m3 of cargo room with out expanders at cruiser 5 wich you would have for the T2 ship anyway. Also it has the Armor repair bonus.
I appoligize to you Solo, i hit report instead of quote on accident and didn't nottice.. I am not sure how to go about fixing that. But i doubt that anything will come of it. For the M.PIRE! |

Not sure its the wisest idea to intentionally take a hauler into combat, although this did remind me of an epic lulz fraps video thats about somewhere of 5 guys in T1 haulers killing a vagabond.
Nothing special, not big or clever, just 20 fighters and one hell of a tank.... |
