I jumped a alt into a Kaimon to pick up a item, and when I undocked, I saw this on the scanner:
All of these twelve CNRs are piloted by State War Academy members, some of who are as young as 2-3 months old.
I never knew how bad the whole isk farmer thing in highsec was before I saw this. I have known for a long time about the haulers in low-sec etc. But this?
Anyways, might be worth it for suicide gankers to see if anyone of them drops any good loot.
BTW: Is there anything I can petition this under? Even tough CCP might not ban them, at least they will be made aware (if they aren't) and can start monitoring transactions.
EDIT: There is way more CNRs in system, this was just what I got on scanner from the station I was at, system isn't small, so I am guessing it is at least 20 or 30 more CNRs.

I like how seven of them still have the default ship names. How noobish. I also got a chuckle out of the "Alvus Ruler Wreck" named ones. I think I'm going to start naming my ships "Chribba's Raven", "Chribba's Maelstrom", "ENTITY's Federate Issue Megathron", ...
Imagine how many would-be trophy hunters I'll attract...

Sasoutikh has quite a few, too. One guy I tried war-decking but he'd never have fewer than 3 of his CNRs in a fleet, with two more temporarily in a noobcorp following me around. The system will only have like 30-40 people in local, usually, but a very high % of them are farmers milking one of the best highsec Amarr agents.

Every time I have to use my alt to take some faction loot etc into a trade hub I notice the same thing. Newbish characters with gibberish names in CNR's. Most of them won't respond at all, some will respond if I talk to them in Chinese.
I had hoped to somehow scam them out of their farming CNR's, but I've had no luck.

Solution: if you are in NPC corp for more than 90 days, corp tax set to 100%.

Uh yeh, i USE to fly my CNR out of kaimon, theres a high quality agent there? What do you mean isk farmers? Do you mean mission runner or... can you macro missions? Am i looking to get ganked in high sec just because i fly a CNR then? I think i must be missing something.... how many CNR's are there in motsu? or do people not fly them there cus of lag....
The more i play this game the more confusing people get....

Yeah fly to low sec or sumin' it is not dangerous there at all... On the other hand a normal raven can solo lvl 4s and doesn't attract as much

Irjunen is the system I noticed it in first after getting my sec high enough to enter highsec... 7/10 ravens on scan were CNRs, and over half of those had pilots with "awiohfoa" as a name.
***sleep deprived idea follows*** 
I say that rather than banning the farmers... give them a global aggression flag in high-sec without a counter, like the undocking in a frigate in lowsec and dying to sentries bug! (Yes CCP, it's a bug and it exists)
Should be more fun for us real players that way...
