~80+% Alltime Efficiency (with at least 3000 kills)
Likes roaming, and isn't averse to PvP.
Non-elitist mentality. Good, chillaxed people.
Active, and have no problems with following alliance goals.

Don't join us!
We don't have friends in this game, we have nobody on our blue list. Joining us is a bad idea, you don't have easy options to rat in 0.0 all day.
We are a bad alliance for you, we limit our gangs to 15 at the max, that's not enough for corporations such as yours. With the popularity (you want to be popular, right?) of 100+-man fleets, that is far too few. And the risk it brings is just not worth it for you. It's far too dangerous.
Your corporation should stay away from Black Hand. - we don't shout orders at our players all day, and don't tell you what to do each step of the way. This sucks to you and your guys, they will feel so lost, and won't know what to do. They will have to take responsibility for their own actions, and nobody will force them into gangs. Black Hand. is definitely not an alliance for a corporation that wants a red line to follow where to go. **** thinking! Hive-mind mentality is the way of the future!
Don't join us. We are an alliance destined to fail. Our thousands of kills, nearly all in gangs of around 6 show you that playing with us goes against every logical, effective way of playing this game.
In fact, you should join G00DFELLAS, TRIUMVIRATE, RAZOR, GOONSWARM or any of those alliances that number in the thousands. Clearly, that is better for your corporation.

We don't offer easy 0.0 ratting opportunities, so people who are looking for alliances that offer 24/7 PvE, we're not for you.
