So i started to look into using combat boosters and saw the skills to reduce the penalty. Naturally i wanted to train them but discovered it costs 130-145mill for nanite control. I though this was very expensive but could not find an npc sold skill so I'm guessing you can only get them from some sort of encounter.
All so looking at the bonus I'm wondering if for that price maybe training it to 4 would reduce a 20% penalty to 0% (i know this is unlikely just the though occurred to me due to the price)
So my questions: Are they npc sold anywhere? If not where do they drop? Is my idea for what the bonus does only wish full thinking? Does anyone expect the price to go down? 249.99 KM Locking? AF MK II |

1. no you dont find them anywhere npcsold on the market 2. as far as i know the drop in some explorationsites( in the boosterconstelations?) 3. no the bonus doesnt work so its reduces 20% of the 20% so you get 16% penalty 4 not in the near future

The price already went down, from 300-400 millions a book. And yes, they can only being found in some Cosmos Exploration Sites.

Sigh. Only post if you actually know if it is true or not.
1. Yes, they are sold by NPC. Use a covert. Fly to Stain region. Open market, search for the book. Dock at NPC station. Buy book. Train skill. Fly back or pod yourself. 2) Perphaps. Skill books are unconfirmed. Confirmed: special implants to deal with booster effects are offered by the Cosmos agents. (but not worth it imho). 3) Then it works as it should. 4) NPC prices are lower. But you have to do the work yourself.
