I seem to have some issues with manufacturing Scourge Heavy Missiles for personal use. I've been told about a station where you can manufacture items for personal use, but the problem for me is that even when the needed materials and the blueprint are in the hangar of that very station, I still can't be able to carry out the action! It wasn't displayed a list of when some production lines were ready, just capsed that it wasn't possible.
I have barely gotten any skills in manufacturing. But what is wrong? Do I lack any skills or what?

If you don't have the skill "Production Efficiency" at five and a blueprint with a good ME (mine are around ME 300) it will be much cheaper to buy them from the market.

Not all stations have manufacturing facilities. Could be yours is one of those. If so, you will not be able to build anything there. |

that is actually not true for all places in eve or even all items, and that includes buying minerals from sell orders.

Probably in a station that doesn't have the ability to manufacture goods. Open up your Science & Industry window and go to the Installations tab. Select Manufacturing and then Entire Region. A list will come up.
It's happened to me before. I was in the right system, but the wrong station.
Also, if you're interested in breaking into Industry, it's wise to get your Production Efficiency skill to at least IV. When you figure out that it's something you really want to do, bring it up to V. Also get skills like Mass Production so you can run multiple jobs at once.

And according to the list, there are no stations in The Forge that allows you to manufature items for personal use  All tested in the Sukuu factory in Abagawa

At the bottom are pictures. If the list is showing ZERO stations in the Forge that can manufacture stuff, something is clearly wrong.

You don't have "type" set as "personal" do you?
Such as in the pic (linky)? Small pic, but meh. 4th drop-down menu from the left and it should be set to public as in the pic.
