I believe you can control the permission to rent an office with standings. Nothing special, not big or clever, just 20 fighters and one hell of a tank....
Ruiryu Cosmic Castaways	Posted - 2008.07.09 18:47:00 - [12] It can't be done. You have to wait for their last payment cycle to end. Sorry but raising the price to a rediculous amount is the only way. You can also set it who is allowed to rent by playing with the standings of the corp who currently controls the station as well as setting the stations standings to who is allowed to rent using the station management tool, located on the bottom right hand side of the screen when docked in station. Keep in mind you will also need the proper corporation roles to see this option and set the standings to other corporations. If you need some more help shoot me an in game message. The sword can only strike one enemy at a time, but tactics can defeat ten thousand men at once.

Under Access Control For Office Rental, I've set all modifiers to +10. Will this stop anyone that doesn't have a +10 to the Holding Corp from renting an office on their next billing cycle, thus making the office available? I tried to convo you, but eve says you're not online.
