they really suck for cargo capacity, it should'nt be the case that a level 1 indy of another race should be able to get better cargo capacity than a level 4 of another, and why the big jump from iteron 3/4 to the king of iteron 5, the changes should be more progessive between each iteron level.
I think mainly the iteron 4 needs a bit of work mainly though as its really a crappy upgrade from an iteron 3.
I think it could be solved just by giving iteron 4 one more lowslot.

No. Right now its balanced. Each race has a category where it excels most. Gallente have Itty 5. If you can't live with that. Train for another race's industrial ship

Yep Mark V is the best in all ways. Look at it this way if you train up for the mark 4 might as well train for mark 5 and get the big boy of the hauling world.
