Hello my name is Rohann. It is unfortunate for me to tell you that I will not be able to continue playing the game. I have had an illness for about a year now that has taken its toll on my health. I am leaving this weekend to be admitted to a hospital to try to "cure" this illness of mine. However I do not believe that this will be the case.
Some of you know me and some of you dont. My intention of Eve was to be everything that you could be in the game itself and I fully believe I have accomplished that. I started a miner, then tried my hand at trading, manufacturing, production. I then went pirate, then pirate hunter, then just plain killer. I have made friends during my time and made enemys. And some of my friends ingame are now my enemys. And vice versa.
One thing is for sure tho, I will miss every damn moment I have had playing with some of the best pvp'ers in the game. I have fought against m0o/evol/bnc/rkk/celes/all of CA/RSA/Norad/FA at one point and time and have much respect for them all. One group in particular I would like to thank is Biomass Cartel for letting me enter the pvp world with them. Even tho I wasnt much of a pirate I did learn alot from them both by them teaching me while in corp and them kicking my a$$ in the reformed Forsaken Empire. For they are truly one of the highest ranking pvp corps in the game.
I would also like to thank Blacklight of Bnc for being such a good friend and ceo, DB Preacher for suggestion my turn to the darkside of CA and Fade Union for being such great guys. Xirtam you are the man and I will miss your flamboyant voice on ts. You and all of VOTF.
I would also like to thank ccp for making this great game because it is the only thing that I have had to look forward to for the past few months. I would also like to thank them for allowing me to post again.
I leave Saturday to begin my "curing" process in which I wont be able to play eve at all. It will suck but dying would suck even worse. I will have my memories of fleet battles, trying to wake BL up after he has passed out at the keyboard and mining Veldspar with Xirtam to keep me going. And hopefully I will see you all soon(TM)

Well, its always a pity to see when someone leaves this game.
But of course, life has to find its way, in the mean time.

DB Preacher sure has a knack for making you want to turn to the dark side! I'm sorry I've never made your aquaintance and as such state that those Doctors better cure your illness and make it possible for us to have a duke out in the voids of space!

Won't they let you play on a laptop in the hospital?
Usually people that are really sick use to have previleges that others don't.
Ask your doctor, perhaps he is a cool guy and will join you also in EVE.
