Other than Novelty value, the redeemer is outclassed by t1 BS's. Combat carriers are better.
Before EFTing further with Deadspace/pimp fits, what role is redeemer going to do other than novelty value?
People who pvp do not use redeemer other than for comedy stuff. The Redeemer lacks fitting, lacks cap, lacks grid, and is basically a glorified batlecruiser.

I'd like to see more setups!
If I want to play the psycology card, I use a Navy Apoc or Nightmare insted of Redeemer in PvP. If you are going to try to force teh enemy to make mistakes, then you may as well do it in a ship that has more surviability and DPS than the Redeemer.
Anyhow, the best Redeemer setup I have found is
h:3 x Heavy Diminishing Power System Drain I, 3 x Heavy Unstable Power Fluctuator I, Caldari Navy Cloaking Device
m:100MN MicroWarpdrive II, 3 x Cap Recharger II
l:7 x Expanded Cargohold II
r:2 x Cargohold Optimization I
d:ECM Dones
If you want Bait or Psycology stuff, use a Navy Apoc or Nightmare. If you want a 4.4km3 Jumpdrive Hauler, then Redeemer is what you need. I am not being biased or anything, I own and use all these ships.
