That's awesome he has the only Dread in high-sec. I'm surprised that hasn't made him a target making jerks try and suicide on it. I guess its too big and that's a good thing.

Quite easy actually, you could just wardec him.
Also there are other capships in highsec.

Probably because the rest of EVE would wardec them if they did and because everyone loves the Chribba

The problem is to get 100+ gank ravens online and ready while the dread is undocked.
I don't think a wardec will do much good as Chribba will keep the Veldnaught docked then.

Thats why you would just make a dummie corp for it. Thats what you do in highsec "gankwars".
