Nice post fantome, very accurate, was just a shame about the 0.5 fps throughout the fight but hey it was a great fight, missed the dd tho :(

My bad, when i posted after the battle i checked kb quickly and not all kill/lost were posted i guess or i missed it.
I was not in the first gang and so things could not be not very occurate for the first part of the fight, i asked my mates for infos about it.

I wasn't involved in this fight, (and unlikely to be in many TCF fights because of timezones). I was however, the first of their capital kills in the fight last Friday.
As the TCF guys above me mentioned: it's not about winning and losing, it is about having fun. Unlike almost everyone else we've fought over the past 6 months (I wasn't in FDN before that so can't comment there), TCF will actually stand up and fight rather than hide in stations when we roll in to a system. They'll even fight when they are vastly outnumbered, and seek to prolong it enough so that numbers do favour their side. In both fights we have killed several of their caps early on, but they keep fighting until they overwhelm us with superior numbers. That's the fun.
And now, from a personal perspective, the fun is working out how to actually beat them despite being greatly outnumbered. Their cap fleet in both fights was larger than the total amount of caps FDN can field if we had all our players online at once. On top of that they have better fleets too with their 3 titans. So, now the question is, how do we deal with that situation and win. I'm sure we'll loose several more fights along the way to wherever this is going (TCF used to be friendly, maybe we'll end up being friendly again, who knows?). Maybe we'll win some. I don't really care so long as we have fun in the process.
