Oh so this is the reason we haven't seen the guy. Greenpeace declared war (funny stuff, peace declaring war..) on USNY but none of us haven't seen them ever since. Maybe he got finally banned or something? Does anuone know?

What a stange thread. There are lots of ore-thieving, station-hugging, newb-ganking idiots in EvE. Getting jetcans stolen and losing ships is a rite of passage for all carebears. You can't get these guys with wars and combat ships. You need to bait and gank them. It's not hard. Use a little ingenuity and you can kill them without a lot of difficulty, just some time and patience. Also, you won't make a lot of money at vigilantism.
Or just go someplace else. There's a lot of ore out there.

I was set up the other day in Alakgur by a guy named Apollo Balthar. Later on, a friend still in the system says that Apollo Balthar claimed that Charlie Murphy was his alt. Take it for what it is. Yes I know this topis is old, however people such as myself mine the forums to find out who they are dealing with. FYI, Apollo Balthar is using the same kind of tactics as this Charlie Murphy guy ;)

I don't see anything wrong with his actions. You're at war. He fights you, he uses the means at his disposal to kill you. If you don't like the odd's of the war, then tough luck! Get more men and kick his ass! Even if he is using alts on his primary account, that's his business as they suck anyway. And if he's using secondary accounts, well then there's nothing you can do about that. Learn to Multitask IMO.
Charlie Murphy, despite being what I will quite frankly call an *******, is doing something not many do in EvE. Roleplaying. He's laid his claim to that space and will protect it via any means neccesary.
Caldari Prime: Think of that moment, remember what they did...

Having killed CM back when I was a newb, it's not really that hard. He really isn't a good PvPer. I did it with a cyclone nearly 2 years ago, now. We just war deced him and camped him frequently. It saved all of Abudban a lot of headaches. Too bad we wern't paid.
