4 med slot on a frigate, would hardly say it's useless. Heron's problem is it excels at nothing. It's supposed to be an ew frigate but I would much rather use griffin or kestrel (ecm and dampeners) that is if I were to choose a caldari ship.

It is pretty useless, but you cant help but love it since its so cool looking.
There is a single solitary person out there though who may think its super-duper uber, since they were killed by one 
To be fair, he had 4 other frigates warp scrambling and webbifying them, but we just had to have the heron actually do the killing. Kept us ammused  We podded him as well, and the corpse is kept perminently in the cargo hold of the heron. We kind of want to get the heron blown up now, just so whoever blows it up discovers the corpse and shames the guy who got killed by a heron 
We are seriously considering taking a fleet of 10 or so of the things out and seeing if we can kill a battleship, just for comedy value. I'd love to see the conversation where someone has to explain to their CEO that they lost their shiny new tier 2 battleship to a group of herons

You know, someday people will need a heron as a hull for a more advanced frigate...then maybe it's cool looks might be backed up by some non-suckage.

How about the wriethe. No one at all uses that ship. Last time i flew one through yulia (its been awhile) i got convoed by 5 diffrent peoople wanting to know where i got that ship at.

It has 3 med slots, at least it could be used as a crappy catch frig. Navitas... now there's a useless ship.

Heron looks cool, and if it looks cool it has a use.
The navitas is good for a first frigate actually, for mining.

i both have a navitas and a wreathe, thy have hughe cargo hold and thy are cheap, perfect for transporting my stuff

My Heron could use heavy missles or 1 cruise...and it had mwd and went about 3500m/s..
That aint useless...

I kind of like the wreath too, just based don its funky space-choo-choo looks... but really... the Hoarder is way better in every respect and not that much more expensive.

Augoror is useless due to the simple fact that there's nothing you can do with it that you can't do better in an Omen, and the price difference is laughable.

Iteron 1 not enough cargo space to make it worth buying and very little else going for it too
Go buy a Badger 2 or a Bestower
Funnily enough its big brother the Iteron 5 is the best Indi if you have time to train for it

Wha? The Augoror has the highest cargo capacity of any cruiser in the game! That's something...
The Iteron I is the worst but the Scythe is pretty awful as well (tho it can mount launchers so isn't useless). Actually the Augoror really is terrible, but my alt uses it as for running missions so I have to defend it. It, uh, carries a lot of stuff, and it's cheap, and it, uh, can do lvl 2 kill missions fairly well (even tho the grid is laughable).
Sure, everyone supports saving Einstein's brain, but when you put it in the body of a Great White Shark, suddenly you've "gone too far". |

Heheh in the part of space I'm in the hoarder is selling for over 100k less than the wreathe. 
.edit.. oh yeah and there more than just one wreathe for sale there is like 7 of them.

The Arb is hardly a worthless ship.
Decent cargo space.

2 turrets and 1 Launcher
Looks nice
It's a very versatile ship and highly underrated.

I would say Merlin because it is meant to be a superior pvp frigate but in actuality it gets pwned by every other lvl 3 frigate.
Needs a better bonus, imho.

The Merlin does suck right now, but after the upcoming patch it will have its uses as a fairly versatile gunship/missile combo frig.
