It's broke. Took 10 minutes to get in to JITA. I spent 40 minutes trying to dock (I have 4,000 Spike small to collect) and eventually Ctrl-Q as even the petition window fails.
Now I'm stuck at the Logging in bar which eventually fails and puts me back at the Char screen.
Can you please get me & my ammo out.
Failing that please change my skill to Motion Prediction V in 1.5 hours time when Recon IV finishes...

Same here with 2 accts I flew into Jita at the same time. Close to an hour at the docking screen so far. Logged off, and am now stuck at the entering game screen.
Edit - And now back at the select char screen |

Fill a stuck petition ,you can do it from web page at left support -->my petitions but your ammo will stay at jita im afraid

I did a petition and they put me in the next system. They were right on it, less than 5 minutes. It came with a warning not to go back. |

Same here.
Too many people are in Jita right now, or there's some other thing causing the jita cluster to be overrun with _something_
I wonder if ccp will ever find a way to fix the lag in Jita...

 There is a way: Make Jita 0.4 sec (OK, only joking)
But seriously: They should make Jita a war and mission free system, that`d clear a lot of players who hang around in Jita
