Wow. Its been a long time coming, I guess but many of us grew up in Eve as we grew up in FIX. Our understanding of the game mechanics expanded in tandem with our knowledge of corporation management; not the day to day 'push this button to grant right X' sort of thing but the way in which you have to understand your pilots, the people upon whom you have to rely to get anything done. Some of us left and some of us didn't - I'm suprised old Nez hasn't posted here yet - but no matter how or why we left, all of us remain suprisingly loyal to, and fond of, the FIX of which we were a part.
Whether you view this bitterly or as an overdue act of mercy, I think most people should salute the passing of one of what, in its heyday, was one of the oldest, toughest alliances Eve has ever seen. ---------------------------------------

I was never actually 'in' FIX in the end (though we were about to join when 'somthing' happened ...), but I, and my corp pilots around me, held it in extremely high esteem in it's heyday. One of the best Alliances to ever be born of EVE. A sad day, overdue or not, that a great alliance finally ceases.

Ok. If it weren't for guys like this. I'd have said **** FIX! **** 'em! **** 'em all most especially including Droewa. For he is all that ruined a good god damn time. But Creed is one of the small handful of old players who saw the whole dang thing through. Creed, my brother, I bow to you and everything you represent. And **** all these dumb ass bastards that were the ruin of FIX. **** them all in the ass until they die.
Die you bastards die!
???? this sparks my interest. i ruined FIX? you guys should have enough balls to post with your main. i didn't ruin FIX i just had the balls to not ignore all the major problems. i dedicated my heart n soul to FIX and addressed the issues that other leaders weren't ready to. i made the tough calls and i made the decision witch where best for everyone. instead of looking out for what was best for just my corp. ME and people like me who put forward our own personal time to organise and run fix are what made FIX great. it's people like you who couldn't give those who wanted to lead the trust to do so that ruined FIX.
besides like i said, the name FIX is being put to rest but the majority of our pilots will remain together and have hooked up with some old friends to form a corp with a huge cap fleet, many fully active pilots, dozens of highly qualified FC.s and strong reliable steady leadership.
Droewa,
mad respect for you while you lead Fix during its most difficult times. Those who know the history of fix realizes how difficult it was to keep fix moving forward after the first group of leaders decided to part ways with fix and form different corps back in 2004 thru 2006. Droewa - sorry to see the fix flag fall...
Cheers
USN
HAHAHA, I remember you and the lies, deceit all that, hope I didn't ruin things for you that much USCVN-134134.
Best of Love, Megri

Originally by: Wraithstorm It was an amazing and fun ride. FIX perservered through more trials and tribulations then any Alliance in this game......
FIX was dead how many times exactly? only to shock the EVE Community again, and again by poking its head up through the dirt with her middle finger in the air
Each time, it lost just a little bit more of its spark, but the people of FIX kept it going, Kept feeding it like a mother nourishes a child.
I am proud to have once been a part of such a great an Alliance. May she R.I.P. Thanks to all FIXians past and present for making her what she was.

Anyways, It's sad to hear of you shuttig the doors FIX. Being there for many years myself, it was always a good time, although always having to shoot 4 alliances here or 12 alliances there...wears on you after awhile.
We'll always rememebr FIX for the honour they had in fights. And for the good humor.

Well this is quite a suprise. I thought you guys would keep on going somehow but in time all things must come to past.
FIX was a good home to me most of the time. I did learn a hell of a lot there and up until that damn leak happened it was a fun place to be.
Still I cannot deny the sheer wealth of experience that I got there. And the great, crazy, beautiful, perverted and horny people that i got to know there, some of which had it all (I am looking at you Weirdbeard). And its not often you can say being in an alliance means you get a truly brilliant bit of extended family (/waves at Malindah and Padyn).
Fly safe folks, nae doubt I'll see you around.

Couldn't agree more Its been a long battle for FIX, possibly the longest any group in EVE has has weathered. Rest will not come easy to FIXians, it is a concept they have no experience with. .
