Rellik Remag Solidarity	Posted - 2008.07.13 05:49:00 - [1] Amarr fleet of 35 players, about 50% battleships, the rest support rallies and starts heading towards low sec to get a fight with any Minmatar fleet willing to put up. After doing a couple of plexes the Amarr fleet thinks they have a fight. A gate camp is set up in Auga on the Amamake gate. A few minutes later the Amarr are joined by a friednly fleet led by Wraithstorm, made up of 12 battleships pilots of Armada. Armada fleet jumps in Amamake to tackle some carrier on a station, FC orders the Amarr fleet to jump in as well. Both Amarr fleets warp to station where the Minmatar fleet is located. Carrier is sent to half armor before he docks. Minmatar start playing docking games with Amarr fleet. After a few minutes of docking games, the Amarr FC recieves a convo from the Minmatar FC requesting that the Amarr fleet pull off the station, warp back to Auga and the Minmatar will follow and give the Amarr fleet a fight. As requested, the Amarr fleet warps back to Auga on Amamake gate and waits for the fight. About 10 minutes later a 75 man Minmatar fleet jumps through to Auga and the fight commences. The Amarr fleet holds its ground until they are hotdropped by Minmatar capitals - 1 Mothership, 4 Carriers(2 Nidhoggur, 2 Thanatos). Without cap support the Amarr fleet is quickly slaughtered, taking a few Minmatar boats down with them. 47 Amarr vs. 75 Minmatar + 1 Nyx, 4 Carriers GF to all involved.

At least the Calimari/Gallente fw is more balanced - we kill them horibly they kill us just as bad - I mean seriously have the Amarr won anything but small incounters? - Dont get me wrong the Amarr have some really good piolts...just not nearly enough to defeat the Minis.

Amarr came in expecting to get zerged and we did (I wasn't FC if you were curious). The supercapital was the icing on he cake. GF to all involved. We had a blast. We've won 2 or 3 major engagements since I've joined, but on the whole you're right. There certainly is a number disparity and we do need help- but I in no way mean to diminish the work of our opponents. They may be zerging, but they are doing it extremely effectively and rallying behind MirrorGod. My hats off to Mimmies again. Now send halp!

As we (gallente) take down their POS's they contact a 0.0 alliance and say "hello, fancy killing some caps?". Next thing you know cyno goes up and in comes the blob. However, as the Caldari found out. They shoot anyone's capitals [/url]

Admiral Ackbar saw it coming 10 light years away. And no claims of chivalry are going to be able to turn the fact that you guys wantingly and willingly walked open eyed and naked into a trap. Super cap ship usage in FW. Now all we need is a Titan to turn up. Do not trust a convo EVER!!! If they agree to meet you somewhere bring 3x your current numbers because they will and get ready to drop in caps otherwise don't turn up or laugh and close convo. I'm not fighting for the Amarr to win anything or because I like them. I'm in it because mates of mine allready joined their corp into it and even outnumbered the majority of the time I am having as much fun in lowsec with legit targets as I ever did fighting in 0.0 in roaming gangs or for territory. I bet therer are others like me as well.

Hi, I was the FC, and yea, as far as trust can go in EVE, I trust MirrorGod to bring a fight when he says he will. We are constantly outnumbered, we knew we would be then too. Even when they docked in station we were outnumbered. Knew they would bring caps too (though the fck'n Nyx was a shocker to be sure). Why did we pull off station? Cause docking games are gay as sht and everybody knows it, so both FC's wanted off the station so it wouldn't happen. Did we expect to win? No, we expected to fight. See, all the pussies who like to jockey around and always need the advantage to fight fail to understand that ITS A GAME DUMBASS. We wanted to fight, thats all. Not some nano fight, not some crap ass duck and dodge, a brawl. Winning every fight isn't always that important, especially in something like faction warfare, which is largely...hold on, this will shock you....FOR FUN. So to your shoot the fc, hes a fool comment, i say your an idiot, and a coward, and have forgotten you play a GAME. Bring 3x the numbers, yes, obviously Amarr are capable of this, yet we have purposely held back.....idiot. For anybody who wants to know, the night time FC's have a singular understanding, we like to fight, alot, its why we play eve, and why we've bothered with FW, lots and lots and lots of fights, even if they are somewhat lopsided. That is understood, as Mirror put it, its hard to tell people "don't x up", they all want to fight, at least for the minnie side. Good fight Mirror, looking forward to more.

The fight was fun, I came 20 jumps across low-sec to do the FC job and it was worth it. Fleet had good organization and thanks to a few other FC's was well prepared for the fight. If it's worht saying, we did jump into them, allowing them the advantage of positioning snipers, setting up and dealing with lag. The amarr are struggling through a ton of internal issues, mainly that civil war they keep on. I have deep respect for Angelonico, Grath and other FC's who continually bring the fight, in their credit, they just keep coming back. They've held the field a few times as well, they're capable, and I will say I firmly believe that Angelonico and crew are doing something for their militia that so many others aren't: they're taking them out, encouraging them, and as a result the troops aren't afraid to lose ships, they play for fun, and they're confident.
