I am here for auction!!!!
I can currently fly Caldari CovOps and all mining barges. Started towards caps but didn't really do much focused more on manufacturing and mining. This is a base character with a ton of room to grow as a great money making alt...
Skill:Link to Skills not showing but Refine Eff lvl 5 is training with 12ish days left...
* Character location: High sec
* 0.0 Security status, with minmal standings with anyone.
* Character has a positive wallet balance and comes with minimal assets, including a few shuttles and some random bits here and there.
* good learning skills
* Could easily get into a freighter(30days)
Starting bid: 1 bil
Minimum bid increase: 150 mil
Buyout: Make me an offer I can't refuse
Reserve: hidden
Sniper rule: 30 min
Auction begins now, and ends on July 31th 04:20 (Game time). Auction will end early if a buyout is agreed upon. I, of course, will pay the transfer fee.

Neither Leto TheTyrant nor Boroa has been available for almost a day.
The offer as it was expressed in-game is no more valid (as it required the character to be transferred before downtime today).
However I'm still interested in Leto.
I hope I can get in-game contact with the owner to discuss conditions.
