Cruiser then into battle cruisers or battleships
I would say go into the battle cruisers and train up till you can use them well. it'll server you well if you go into battleships

Depending on your combat skills, the caracel is an excellent cruiser (if you trained up missile skills for it)
If you are training into medium hybrids then the Mos is the ship to go with.

First off the Caracal is not a good PVP ship. Second it's caraCAL not CEL. Oh and it's Moa, not Mos
Neither of which spellings are in my spell checker, so go get a beer (root beer if you're not yet old enough). And the replacement of an a with an s is a common typo when speed typing. (look a the keyboard)
Caracals make nice mission runner ships till you get into a drake with the right skills. They are viable in PvP is you know what you are doing with them, just takes knowledge and experience.
