If you can show me recent Nyx BPC sales (any ME levels) I would take those into consideration towards the current market value of the prints, but it is difficult finding them. Even if they sell on contracts you can only see current prices, not recently sold ones. The value I determined was based on the currently available contracts at a given point in time, which were all going for well over 1B, up to 1.5B as a matter of fact; now that doesn't mean they'll sell for that high, or that there aren't other ways of acquiring this print, but basically if you were to search for Nyx BPCs you'd see that others are priced similarly. Again, I'm very open to negotiation, and the 1.5B number is ONLY my asking price. I consider it to be just like going in to buy a new car; you're going to negotiate down from the sticker price (or up from the invoice) and I'm only starting you out at 1.5B because I know you're going to want to pay less than that. Remember, when negotiating money the one who throws out the first number is going to lose; if I give a price you're going to want to negotiate down and if you suggest a price I'm going to try to work you up from there. I don't expect you to want to pay exactly 1B over the ME0 price, but it's not worth it to us to sell it for substantially less than the print is worth, which would be X+1B, where X is the value of a ME0 BPC. Since you're not happy with my asking price, I gladly welcome you to make me an offer, again either here or in-game if you prefer. Keep in mind, guys, once we sell these BPCs we can continue to churn out more BPCs for you, and this includes BPC sets; eventually the BPO owner hopes to be able to sell you a complete Capital Parts set so you'd have everything you'd need to complete the Nyx, or Thanatos, or whatever. You got several of us awful confoosed my dear fellow capsuleer... it cost about 10 billion (roughly) in mineral cost (according to yesterday market mineral prices) to build a Mothership and thats kinda of a fact.... So uhmmm do show us your math of how you getting 20+ billion build cost. P.S. fitted motherships are selling for around 16-17 bill on this same very forum, just FYI P.S.S Free Bump

Again, I must point out that I used the phrase, "...using a given set of material costs..." and this was to illustrate the potential difference in value of BPs at different Material Levels, not specifically the actual cost of building the ship (which is not my area of concern.) The source in question was MLCalc, and I will be the first to admit it's at most a rough estimate and at worst completely out-of-date. Nevertheless, the material costs, however off they may be, are constant within the program and thus I was able to estimate the relative values of each ML for this BP. Again, this is where the, "given set" comes into play. The point is that if you're going to build the ship off the BPC I can't tell you exactly how much it's going to cost you as you may mine everything from scratch or purchase completed components at a greater cost. Again, I'm not an S&I player; I'm simply trying to sell these items for an industry-oriented corp mate who's not as interested in sales as I am. If you ARE interested in anything we have, tell me how much you want it for; I will add that we are now interested in selling some of the BPOs. I don't know the corp mate's skills at the time the research was done, but I know it took 6-8 months to get the Nyx BPO to ME2. Prices for everything, from BPs to completed ships, seem to be dropping lower every day. A ME2 Nyx BPC used to be worth a few billion ISK. P.S. It's been a while I've seen someone from Dead Parrot Shoppe. We used to fight against you guys (and others) when you were in BRUCE, over in Fountain/Aridia.
