Apparently, although I wasn't aware of this. Its an alt called 'hellomyl' that must've been taken down during a FW fight (has rights against Blake). Expires 20th July.

I can't currently transfer the character, either the site is playing up (Error: Not Authorized) or I've been struck down with a CC issue for the transfer. Although I've confirmed with the bank there's no apparent issues. Good one, CCP.

Make sure both the account you are transfeering from and the account you are tranfeering too are active, you cannot transfer a char from or to an inactive account.

It was nothing to do user error ;) After a petition they 'fixed' it, and the transfer has gone through. Case closed Watson.
