Lo and behold the transfer is broken again. I've petitioned CCP and will get back to you as soon as possible. This really is crud; the other character I transferred on another account needed something on the account tweaked - I'd guess its the same.
What CCP are tweaking and why it needs to be done I'm pretty interested to find out.

Takes around 2 days from when the petition is sent. Well at least for me.

Thanks, yep last one took about that long. Can see how this current transfer is going to end I guess.
Guess I'll be reposting with a new SP update in a few days unless the buyer is quite patient.

CCP have just closed my petition as a duplicate, which its clearly not. I appreciate the quick action, but not the quick judgement. Its a different account, and different character, and the transfer is still broken. Perhaps check the reference quoted in the petition.

I've had a bit of a message tag game on the petition at this stage, all revolving around nothing, with no hint of what could be borking the transfer. I'll attempt to be patient and retry the transer a little bit after downtime pending some kind of response from the devs, otherwise Fury's going to the clone vat. Can't be bothered at the moment.

I've had a gutful of shit service. Fury is going to the clone vat, apologies to latest bidder. Sick to death of the crap service and crap account issues with CCP, and resulting crap customer service.

I'm still waiting to hear back from CCP. CCP Nova has been pretty quick to question motives (and why I have no idea), but not so quick to actually fix whatever is preventing the transfer (continually asking what on earth would block a transfer like this, but it seems to be falling on deaf ears).
I'll wait until tomorrow or the next day, hopefully its fixed. I'll let you know either way, hopefully its positively. If you do get impatient and decide on another char, please post. I'll vat this one if that happens to be the case as I'm not prepared to go through a third cycle of rediculousness.

I've been trying to buy a character for 2 months which is close to the jump freighter, so 1 or 2 day delay is okay. I just don't understand what's the problem. It's in a beginner corp and I also have free slots on my account.
I also wrote to them, but I think maybe the double transfer made things to go wrong. It's the thing abouth which you wrote.

No, its nothing to do with your account, I've entered into a 2-hour response time ping-pong game of messages to my petition to try and fix it up. Long and short, I'll be trying to contact someone senior within CCP to explain the issue because its burnt my fuse at the moment.

OK transfer has gone through.
It took about 4 hours of rubbish to glean a vital bit of information from CCP that my bank's payment gateway were down at the time. I'm still stunned by that process - worst customer service I've ever seen, bar none. Even got the chance to be interrogated because the account differed from the one on which I was auctioning and submitting the petition.
