Here's where I'm currently at, anyone have any thoughts on what I should be working on / training next? Here is my current status:
http://ineve.net/skills/character.php?charID=Nzc0NTA5NzI2
As you can see I trained to work on being a drone Gallente pilot, and currently pilot a Dominix, Hyperion, Taranis, and Arazu.
So, should I work on an Ishtar and / or Astarte? Perhaps a Sin, Kronos, Thanatos, Nyx, Eos, or Moros? I'm not able to play all the time but want to continue to work on my character in an intelligent way so that when I *can* come back to playing it hasn't been wasted.
Thoughts?

well it all depends what you want to do... if you want to fly carriers go carriers if you wanna be a T2 cruiser class man like myself get logistics max out HAC ( i.e to lvl V ) same with recons

Well I pretty much trained up a similar skill tree as you have done.
My suggestions would be:
Galantee Battleship 5: WELL worth the training time.
Then think about training up Caldari Cruiser to 5. This gives you access to the falcon (you already have recon trained so thats a nice benefit) and shouldn't take you too long.
I found using a falcon in a gang to be a nice change in game play styles, and a falcon pilot is always welcome in a gang.
Just sine suggestions

Even with the changes in the last year, I would still train for Gallente Command Ships. Getting Command Ships trained up to level 5 was a great day for me and has opened the door to so many more interesting options.
Again, just an opinion, but once you have Battlecruisers and Command Ships both trained at 5 you have so much flexibility that you don't have to worry about burn out or ever changing game functions. The Eos was a monster at doing heavy damage and having a hell of a tank but even with the change it can still be flown by a capable pilot. The Astarte is a champ and you could be flying one in no time flat.

So based on this feedback I'm going to train Battleships to V (already working on that). My ship based goals are to get up to an Ishtar (and taking Heavy Assault Ship to V so I can get the same drone space as a Dominix), Astarte / Eos, as well as a Sin and Kronos.
Thoughts on these?
If I head to these, what do people recommend for skill training beyond the requirements needed to fly them?
