The facts on the ground are that RA lost 4 caps and a support fleet.
Remember RA is "decentralized" now, so its really many different alliances but they share the same voice channels ...
From what I can tell, each dysprosium moon has its own russian caretaker cap fleet and support fleet. This kind of drains RA from having a large central fleet...
Next with MAX, BOB has a large fleet in one general area that they can split into different wings but have more command and control over...
Once BOB gets this new strategy working, they can peel off "mini fleets" of 20-30 caps and 50 support to roam at a much faster rate than RA. RA would have to recall their various dysprosium fleets and/or tell their mini-alliances to each cough up 5-10 caps and 10 support...
There does seems to be some tactical mistakes from RA lately like that 10bil isk freighter they lost 3 days ago full of moon stuff, but in general at this stage, it probably isn't wise for them to strip the dysprosium fleets to support the north.
If they do that, then I'm sure BOB has "back-up antipos fleets" to quickly blob the dysporsium pos's, which is the real strategic advantage here. In other words, if you know that Banderlogs, or Ultima Ratio, or whatever RA sub-alliance has a dysprosium corp in area XYZ, and then you see the pos capital caretaker account MOVE to the north, then you hit that pos hard... At this stage, RA can't take that risk...

I mean, the trillions of isk they have ... they are all gone, all sold on ebay. And what now? Now they are poor and cannot afford anything!

I can confirm this. Our fleet and morale suffered from this vicious BOB attack and our members simply cant accept this loss. nync and Tavernier has already stated, that they simply dont want to take control of our fleets. For RA, its a huge loss of organized resistance to GBC fleets. Its over for now. GL to GBC.
