I got some questiosn about this skill.
First it says it doubles every level. does this mean:
Level 1 - Solar System
Level 2 - 5 Jumps
Level 3 - 10 Jumps
Level 4 - 20 Jumps
Level 5 - Region
also do i have to be in the same region?
if i'm 5 jumps away but in a diffrent region will it work?

Yes, that's what it means. Also, I'm pretty sure it won't work out of region, even if you're adjacent, but I haven't tested this.

Correct. It will only work in your current region.

Frankly I think that, Supply chain management and the trade skills should have level 5 allow you to do 40 jumps and cross region since 20 jumps pretty much IS a region

While it'd be nice, it'd be a coding nightmare as you'd have to be able to see the market in the adjacent regions in order for the trade skills to work.
Imagine opening the market in any region adjacent to The Forge, not only would you get your region's and any adjacent region's market data, you'd also get Jita's.

Speaking of supply chain management.
It says that you can start maufactoring jobs remotely. How about ending them remotely?
