First let me apoligize if this is the wrong forum for this, but it seemed to fit here better than the ship/module forum. I have a question about the Energy Emission Systems skill.
Energy Emission Systems
Operation of energy transfer array and other energy emission systems. 5% reduced capacitor need of energy emission weapons.
Primary Attribute: Intelligence Secondary Attribute: Memory Training Time Multiplier: 2x Capicitor Need Bonus: -5%
Is my understanding correct in that this skill will only have an effect on Energy Neutralizers because Nosferatu's will be fixed and have no activation cost? It just seems odd to me that this is a required skill for Nosferatus and yet they will gain no benefit from having this skill. Is this the way it is meant to be?
It seems that Nosferatus get no benefits from having skills since Weapons Upgrades does not reduce CPU need and Energy Emissions Systems is not relevant. Am I missing something?

EES also effects the capacitor needs of lasers, because lasers are weapons the emission energy ;) _______________________________________________________________ [ 2004.04.14 12:26:17 ] (combat) <color=0xffbbbb00>Your 250mm 'Scout' I Accelerator Cannon perfectly strikes Guardian Initiate, wrecking for 172.8 damage. |

There are also modules for transferring engergy to another ship.
An NPC Corporation is not the pilot of its ships and structures! |

Still seems like requiring this skill for Nosferatus does not make alot of sense if they get no benefit at all from the skill itself.

No it doesn't have any effect on laser weapons, just got it tested. Would be beautiful if it did. And I dont think it will affect smartbomb cap intake either.
