Read description of skillbook wing command and Fleet command
bonuses apply only from those boosters if you have them. and only if number of squad/wing/fleet does not overstep your trained level :)

All bonuses apply as long as everyone have the required skills.
A better answer there is not :)

so everyone has to have all the skills in leadership i have and at the same lvl to get the bonuses? that seems pretty f'ed up.
it says i am getting a boost but does not show what is boosted.

Edited by: Lord Makk on 18/07/2008 07:44:13 Only those giving bonuses require the proper skills :) edit : Sorry, I should have spent more time typing :p

ok, if you are sat as SC(squad command) with your skills, and your alt is in the same squad, both your alt and your main will recieve the bonuses. you will be able to handle a squad of upto 10 people incl. the SC.
If you sit in the WC or FC position, you will give out no bonuses and receive non either.
ALL of the bonuses given by the skills apply to all those in the squad if your SC or wing if your WC(and have required skills)
So for exapmle, I have: Leadership 5 Armored Warfare 5 Siege Warfare 5
When i sit in a fleet, as SC with upto 10 people in squad, i will give out AND receive 10% to shield capacity AND 10% to Armor Hit Points.
This is the same for all the leaderships skill, they follow this pattern.

Just noticed theres not guide for fleets... curious, for people below wing commander to get bonuses from a fleet commander, does the wing commander need wing command 5 (as well as obviously the fleet commander having fleet command)?

The Wing Commander will need 1 level of Wing Command for each Squad in his wing to give or pass on bonuses.
CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that. |

Thats supprisingly reasonable! lol I no longer feel the need to train fleet command lol, though tripple command ship bonuses does still make me twitch a little...

As I am now reaping the benefits of having an alt with FC4 in a Claymore with 6 gang links, all I can say is....
Damb, nice bonuses!

afaik, and i'm pretty certain about this, but fleet bonuses DO NOT stack. Only the highest skill level affects the attributes.
So for example,
FC has siege warfare 2 WC1 has seige warfare 3 SC1a has seige warfare 4 WC2 has seige warfare 5 SC2a has seige warfare 1
people in Squad 1a will receive the bonus from SC1a (8%) as he has highest skill level people in Squad 2a will receive the bonus from WC2 (10%) as he has highest skill level

if you have lvl 5 leadership, you can apply all bonuses to those below you, until you can no longer support your SQUAD. Unless you advance to training Wing/Fleet leadership skills, that's it.
