The Mutineers.
They are a cheap and small, but i would not say the best. But they have completed every contract with success afaik

In term of contract efficiency, I would say REPO, they are the most professional in what they do (their members get a cut, hence the efficiency).
Now if you are poor and say you want revenge against your former big alliance, Privateer will do it at cost price in a pretty effective way.
