I think he would defintely be caldari, i mean you look at his utility belt, you look at the crazy utility belts caldari pilots, instant match! Plus he has the backing of a super huge corporation, corporate conspirathists eat your heart out !

How exactly do you associate Caldai with utility? Mid slots are more valuable to a cladari pilot than a a diamond encrusted batmobile....
Besides, with that Cowl, he has to be Amarr
