I'm looking for a good Amarr Toon, no cross training please. Would prefer to be specialized in Laser's, and have Amarr Cruiser, Frig and BS to 5, and BC 5. T2 Medium Lasers would be nice as well. Learning skills must be at at least 4 if not 5. I figure a decent char with skills such as these would probably have around 12-15mil SP. Looking to pay 3-4Bil, possibly a bit more for the right toon. Please let me know what you have, thanks.
Must also -
- Be able to enter High Sec, at least .8 systems.
- No negative wallet
- No kill rights
- No bounty
- Assets of some kind would be cool, but are not required really.

I would accept a higher SP character, i would be willing to pay the premium for that. Also would consider trade for one of my other characters if anyone is interested in that. Thanks.
