I am seeking an industrial / science character that is atleast 20 mill skill points. The more the merrier aslong as the skills are industry / science focused. What Im looking for is:
Miner (Exhumers)
Production (Capital production preferred)
Lab's (Laboratory Research and T2 invention preferred)
Refiner
Freighter (Or close to flying)
Race isnt important, no stupid names though and stupid faces 
Learning skills should be very high if not maxed out. Also attributes should be decent.
If you have a char that is what I am looking for then post here please as I am working stupid hours at the moment and cant get into eve much, I am checking forums regular though so I will look here.
Looking at spending up to 7.5 billion isk although I may pay more if the character is right.
This is not my main as I am waiting to resubscribe him when I am off these damn shifts.

I have a character perfectly skilled for you.
He can build Tech 2 Ships, Make Invention, Perfect builder and have some R&D running and ships so as to gain standing with R&D.
And bonus he can fly some nice Gallente ships.

Take a look at me
Miner / Trader / Freighter / Indy is a lil low but can be trained up very quickly hes got all the basic skills for Production / Research / Invention
