Sounds interesting. As long as you can set a higher then this standing. You might not want to give JB access to all of your blues, only your real friends.

a solution to this conundrum might be to provide jump bridges with a +.5, +.8 or 1.0 standing with the corp setting, or equipping them with a slider such as can be seen when setting a persons standings, thus allowing for a range of options.

or here is an idea, set a password, you know that way anyone with the pw can use the JB, oh wait its allready like that, hmm, well if its not broke.......

Restricting access by using a password is ineffective. The more people that know it the greater the chance is that it will become compromised.

any pos that is used as a JB pos, should never be used as a safe pos, in addition to this, pos PW's in most major alliances, with pos directors that have 1/2 a brain change this PW weekly if not bi weekly, and the pos is set to shoot anything that is less then +.01 loaded down with warp jammers and small guns to insta pop any ship Crusier and smaller. so no, I wont bite you, and again this system works, why fix it??

I am pretty sure goons haven't changed their password in a long time.
The problem with using the password is it doesn't allow you to use the bubble for safety from something like an enemy titan doomsday device.
Sounds like a perfectly valid reason to change it right there.

i think hydra alliance is a perfect example of how the system is broken. every time someone starts a major fight with us, they have the (up to date) jb password, every single time, without fail. i would put money that other alliances have the same problem. we change our password sometimes 3 times a week. so no, the system does NOT work.

the problem with having it set to standings is you really dont want every Tom **** And Harry using the JB's. If they did you'd be out of LO when you really needed the network.
