Gai Servos	Posted - 2008.07.21 08:55:00 - [1] It seems like piracy has been in decay for the last few years. But there still must be places that are really pirate infested. I guess matari lowsec is but thinking more closer to placid / those areas. The targets would be so plentiful that its hard to imagine. All the militia fleets moving around and blobs are mostly moving around only tama / kedama.
