Bonus:
I thought about it and will move the clone from deep 0.0 space to empire. That should ensure you don't lose the implant clone trying to get it out of RSF space.

No, I will do this today. He also has 2 additional clones. You will be able to jump to them leaving clones where you want.

After careful thought I have decided to "let the auction roll". Under the "I reserve a right to cancel the auction at any time if I want" clause I am modifying the auction to allow this. It will end at its originally stated date and time in the op. Saturday the 26th @ midnight eve time.
Also be it known that if I believe the highest bidder is a risk in terms of illegally purchased isk I will move on to the second highest bidder.
