hi - i asked this once before and was told that offices were valued on how many other offices were available - so i just went to a 0.3 station that has 7 offices free and was quoted 10k isk. i then went 3 jumps over and looked in a .6 system that has 9 offices free and was quoted 16 MILLION isk
both stations are owned by the same corp (with whom my own corp has a 8.16 standing) and are in the same region and even the same constellation - how can one with more offices possibly be SO much more for one month?

0 free offices - rent goes up a certain percent each day
1 free office - rent stays the same
2 free offices - rent goes down a certain percent each day
I think it's 3 percent a day, but not 100% sure.

oh, so it's totally specific to the current rate for that particular station and not relative?
so one station in a system could arguably be crazy expensive (like, 16 mill a month expensive) JUST because there have been 0 offices free for a long time?
