a 3.2m ish SP char even going for 200m/1mSP (twice the norm) should only be valued at 640m.
I'm just looking for the most basic of basic chars that can pilot a hulk or at least has mining barge 5. I absolutely do not care about the rest of the skills not related to mining/piloting a hulk. Therefor my price is justified and more than fair.

Oh and 100m isk per 1m sp hasnt been the norm for a loooooong time !

That sure is funny that within the past 2 months I have purchased 2 different hulk pilots for under 450m each isn't it? I mean it gave me a good chuckle , now back to your trolling no need for post without offers in my thread guy.
