Hi, im currently looking to make a optimal setting for my cruiser. but i can;t find a list where is shown for example what damange the blood raiders most make and what kind of damage is most efficient.
So when i do missions i can ajust my settings. is there a page/document avalaible?

Tanking
Very basically:
Sansha and Blood - EM
Serp & Gurista - Kenetic
Angel - Explosive
Corresponding empire lot is pretty much the same.
Rogue drones are only awkward ones - you tank explosive, but you need to dps EM.

on eve-survival there is a handy list of damages to drop into EFT. EFT is a great tool that lets you mess with ship fittings out of game to see what works best for you. with the numbers from eve-survival you can see exactly how well your tank performs against different rats and lets you work out a fitting before spending any isk.
you can get EFT from the ships and modules forum. you can also plug your skills into eft.
eve-survival also details every missions letting you know what to tank for and if you read the full brief what will happen.
Because sometimes you just have to go back to your roots:
