1. I saw an add-on for Firefox here on the forums, but I was at work and couldnt d/l it. Now when I¦m home I can¦t find the thread where it was posted and I don¦t find it either searching Google or this forums. Anyone know which one I mean? It just says the time you got left of your current skilltraining in the bottom right statusbar.
2. Some questions about salvaging.
- Is there _any_ skill, equipment or anything that will change the amount of things i get when i salvage or is it just random what i get no matter how high my salvage skill is etc etc?
- What skills and equipments raise my chance of getting any salvage? I know only of the Salvage skill and some expensive rack of some sort that you could put in your spacecraft. Anything else?
- I¦m doing lvl 2 agent missions right now in a Caracal and I¦m confused. Should i satisfy with my only caracal and have three missile racks, one salvager and a tractor beam. A kill and salvageship in one. Or should i go with an all out kill ship, bookmark, and then go back in a full salvage ship?
- The salvage I get; should i refine it to minerals or sell it as it is? And how should i sell it? Just through market or contracts or what (to get the biggest profit)?

2.
A. The salvage is random based on a salvage 'loot table' afaik. T2 wrecks are slightly different, see B.
B. The skill and the rig only raise the chance of getting a successful 'salvage' message. You will still end up salvaging, but not getting any 'drops' with the same ratio. I believe Salvage III is required to salvage T2 wrecks however.
C. Personal preference, I usually do two-three missions, bookmarking wrecks and going back in my salvage dessie. It works faster that way because I can tractor/salvage multiple wrecks at once with the dessie without sacrificing damage while doing the mission.
Edit: D. Sell it on the market. Or save it if you want to make your own rigs.
