Can anyone in here help me with a fully passive shield tanked Caracal? I donŠt feel like changing any setup considering which enemys i meet in missions, so a solid passivetank would be nice, with heavy missiles in the highs of course.
I donŠt know the Eve-vocabulary so well so if you write the whole name of the equipment would be of big help!

I'm quite honestly confused here. The caracal doesn't really even NEED to tank in the missions it's intended to run (level 2's) - where it's sheer range and ability to deliver effective DPS pops rats long before they stagger into firing range. More importantly, the caracal can't really fit much in the way of a passive tank to begin with. It doesn't have the PG to fit more than 1 LSE if I go for T2 gear and it does little damage without a pair of BCS (which have to go in favor of shield power relays). Its cap regeneration is fairly low meaning it's going to be all but impossible to permenantly run any sort of active hardner (I.E. invulnerability fields) meaning you'll be using shield resistance amps in their place. Finally, without rigs the tank is going to be flimsy at best - and rigs will skyrocket the caracals cheap fitted price from 8 million ISK to 40+ million isk - not a wise investment as far as I'm concerned.
However, if you MUST do it, here is how I'd go about the task:
First, I'd throw out the idea you're going to use heavy missile launchers in the first place - Assaults do better damage against the rats you are going to fight in level 2's anyway. It frees up enough grid to fit a whopping 3 extenders. You have to have some very good fitting skills to accomplish this of course (weapon upgrades near max, shield upgrades near max, engineering at max etc)
5 Assault Launcher II's
3 LSE II 2 Invulnerability II's (or, preferably, rat specific hardners)
2 Shield Power Relays
3 Damage Drones (Hobgoblins will probably serve you best)
Recharges about 50 hp/s and gives decent resists - enough for a level 2. DPS is fairly pitiful especially if you are fighting something that isn't weak to Kinetic damage. If you go the stupidly expensive route for the ship and place 3 core defense field purgers on here my skills net about a 110 hp/s recharge - but unless you plan on letting the rats beat on your face (like ALL the rats in the level) without stopping them you'll not need such conviences.
Personally I did just fine with HML's, an afterburner, an lse and a few resitance amps and a set of BCS. Unless you play very silly that's more than you'll ever need for a level 2.

This is what I'm saying - the caracal doesn't really need much of a tank to do these missions. Yes a buffer is good for the times it dumps you in the middle of all the rats but most level 2 rats pop in ONE volley (hell part of one volley much of the time). I see no reason to do much tanking beyond having a buffer.

this, only reason i have the shield booster is because i accept missions from 2 or 3 agents at a time and dont want to wait for my shield to recharge on its own

Docking at any station resolves that issue nicely
Still, your point is taken. I'm not saying don't fit a booster I'm just saying don't passive tank a caracal - there is NO reason to waste that many slots on the job.

My caracal is set up like this:
Highs --
5x Arbalest AML
Mediums --
1x 10MN AB II 2x LSE II 2x rat/mission-specific amps (generally 1 kin and 1 therm)
Lows --
2x BCS II
Rigs --
1x Bay Loading Accelerator 2x Hydraulic Bay Thrusters
With kin/therm amps I get 50% thermal and 62.5% kinetic resist. Not great, but for a level 2 it's very sufficient. Range is 71km on the light missiles, they don't suffer penalty vs frigates and they do enough damage that I've taken out BS's in Cosmos complexes. I use the AB to dictate range, and if I get dumped in the middle of the rats, the AB gets me out of their range while my 8000 point shield buffer keeps me alive.
I'd consider taking this into level 3's, though I've not actually done so since I also have a Drake and it tanks level 3's so easily it's scary, so there's no need to risk a rigged Caracal in them.
