So i go to olletiers to make simple belt isk with npc and i see incurses. I decide to shooted and i blow him up and he warps off pod. So they i get its loot but then come a caracal and i get shooted with missiles. now with m/ ryifter ill usually can escaped but I got put on wab i think double wabs! So now i cant move but missiles seem to hit harder with wabs? nerf this i think.
anyway so u can see i have loss posted. ALSO pod is on mail but pod cannot havve NOS

My caracal would own any rifter foolish enough to get in web range... duel-enuet + cap boosters ftw

yea i have knife fight lot thats why i fly in close. if u use wabs and neauts that is prolly to make escape if ur scared.

Why do Caldari ship pilots have to be the most arrogant and foolish of them all?
Assuming "duel-enuet" means energy neutralizers, yeah, you might kill that Rifter by taking away all his cap so his ACs will stop firing  .

You want dual webs to be nerfed just because you totally fail at pvping? You my poor pirate in training, put back on the training wheels and go back into high sec and kill miners. BTW, watch out for a battlehulk, he will probably have a similar setup of dual webs to WTF pown you.

Just saw yer fit.... next time, try harder 
you wanna pvp solo in that chap you prolly want 2xnos, 2xac, web, scram, cap booster, dcu, repper and some sort of hardner on yer lowest ARMOR resist - if your not gonna use all your slots dont expect to win, especially not to a cruiser...
WTF is a wab anyway? i thought he meant web... but couldnt warp?

Sorry, what? You're not seriously suggesting 2 nos, 2 ac, web, scram, cap booster (?), dcu, repper and hardener on lowest armour resist on a Rifter? Are you serious? That's so 'what not to do with a Rifter'.
