Im sitting in an astroid belt being taunted by a badger, and 2 iterons, all packed with scrams and T2 equipment, just waiting around to gank miners and such who loot their obvious trap cans... People seriously gank in haulers? What kind of world is this??

Props to you sir. I was away from this for a while, but I was flying a Ferox set up for ratting support. Rails and just a pair of missiles. Apparently I was supposed to trust that the 3 haulers were not just a trap, and forget the fact that I have a 80km optimal range, and just loot the can of the haulers sitting 2500m from me...brilliant trap no?

Who fits a scram on a t1 barge? Or tanks it? Mine fits like this: Light Neutron Blaster II Small Energy Neutralizer II Warp Scrambler II Stasis Webifier II Medium Shield Extender II x3 Shield Power Relay x5 Core Defense Field Purger x3 Interceptors get a nasty surprise from the neut. The biggest problem is the lock time on a hauler. But then again, most folks who are trying to bait you into stealing/firing back really don't expect you to be tanked as hard or harder than most cruisers. (The thing pulls about 160/sec at peak recharge) I've killed interceptors, assault frigates, barges, exhumers, any number of frigates and cruisers with it. Still looking for that elusive battlecruiser kill. (Came close once..but I screwed up while semi-afk'ing him and let him get out of scram range) If you want to fit on the cheap you can substitute hardener rigs, (I preferred 2xem and 1xthermal) but the purgers really are the way to go. -- Remember: Carebears aren't people.
