The Character Bazaar!
This Channel has been setup to help buy and sell Toons as a means to see people online wishing to buy and/or sell Characters. Charater Trades also Welcome.
Rules:
1. No Flaming, Spamming or general Channel abuse
2. Constuctive conversation only
3. This is to be used as an aid for the Character Bazaar Forums only
Contact Warmaster Severine to apply for Mod of the channel.
join "Character Bazaar" ingame.
Hopefully this will help with communication between buyers and sellers.

There is a risk with the use of an in-game channel, as it is not recorded by CCP. So what ever decision you decide to make there, make sure you follow the normal ways and post it on the forums and eve-mails, so there is proof, in case of problems.
Other then that, its a great idea, as it makes it possible to browse so much easier.
