Also there is a JavaScript code which should attempt to open 5 windows with same content, this could be detected by his A/V as a threat.

There are times and places for significant undercutting. It's just that most people do not realize that there are mathematical methods of determining whether it'll be more profitable in the long run or not... So instead they undercut for less short term profit and kill any iskies they would've made + the market itself, and move onto the next insignificant profit that falls into their lap.
Some people will undercut just to **** other people off. I personally know a few who will utterly destroy markets because they don't care about the isk, and they treat it like ganking in pvp (which it's really quite similar.. except in eve pvp you generally gain something from a victory.)
Oh, and a smart trader will find ways to use the undercutting to their advantage...
