Ok here is a hypothetical situation and my question is will this work?
You make a corporation with character that has over 5.0 standing with a faction. You wait a few days and your new corporation gets this same standing. Great, now you can anchor a POS in a 0.5 system. So you haul your tower, corp hangar, labs, whatever else and anchor them by a moon. Next you put in another character of your own into the corporation. This character unfortunately has standing with the faction, so your corp's faction standing will decay below 5.0. So what will happen to the tower? Will it remain online? Will you still be able to refuel it and run research and manufacturing jobs even if your corporation now doesn't have the required standing?

If you have a pos up and then corp standings drop it wont affect the pos aslong as it remains in the same location. Also you need to run storyline mission to get the corp standings to raise.
I did level 1 storyline mission when I did it as it was quick and got the standings in a few days.

You only need the standing to anchor the tower, once anchored you can online/offline/add mods etc to your hearts content.

I wish they would implement it so standing below whats needed would offline the tower.
Its avoiding game mechanics to do it as we do today. Else we could just anchor them freely.

What would that accomplish except that then really all highsec pos would be owned by alt corps?
