Hi,
Ive been playing the game over 5 years, and last night an action was taken against me by a GM because i used bad language in a local channel, i was annoyed coz another player had told me to go and die in RL.
This player has had a problem with me for a few years now, i believe the main reason being I left his corp and didnt join them when they moved to a new reigon.
I just wanted to understand the EULA, is it ok to tell people to die? and wrong to use bad language?
Smak talk doest really bother me anymore, however being told to go and die upset me a bit, Most of the people that smak talk me keep it in game, I think the EULA needs to be changed, It must be an offence for people to incite hatred, |

It's ok to tell someone to die, as long as you don't say you'll aid them in RL

If you don't have a green star or a blue star next to your name in my chat window, I probably hate you. If you have a grey = sign or a red/orange minus sign in my chat window, I definitely hate you. If you have a blue cross, I might still hate you but I'll be nice enough to not tell you so.

Which one of the statements below, made in game towards another player, will get you banned:
a) "I will find and kill you IRL."
b) "I wish/hope you'll get killed IRL."
c) "I put a spell on you, so you'll get killed IRL."
d) "Commit suicide IRL / Why don't you kill yourself IRL."

A and C will quite possibly get you arrested, depending on where you and/or your intended victim live.
On a related subject, I see more and more use of racist language in job titles - which aren't explicitly mentioned in the EULA as character and corp names are, but are publicly visible - should this be reported?
