Princess Beefcurtains always gives me a chuckle.
I've also seen Captain Thunderpants around, in which someone started saying "Thunder! Thunder! Thunderpants! HOOOOOOO!!" in local.
Another that made me chuckle was Fallopia

Heh, when I was in Iraq our company commander said "W.T.F. over" while we were out on a convoy over the net. While it doesn't sound that funny, you have to imagine a greek guy with basically no idea what is going on saying that while you are on a mission and it lives on in infamy.
We also had another captain that responded to intel over the net with "okey dokey". Kind of throws you off for a second the first time you hear it.
