all the changes have been directed to caldari ships. Minimatar probabaly the most usless race, have the worst ships in each class now.
No one flies tanked out hacs because you might as well fly bs's. If you fly any ship smaller than a bc you are an utter tard and will die to a bs(more dps/cheaper/and better tank). We are going to see alot more bs's, though no turret bs's can still counter the new semi nanos.. Caldari will be god in killing anything cruiser or lower them because they have missles. WHY BOTH FLYING ANYTHING SMALler THAN BATTLECRUISER ITS SUICIDE LOL. Its basically bs's/caps online if this goes through, blobwarfare, most boring pvp there is. Nano fights are fun, no lag, involove skill... bs/titans/caps not so much... everyone hates fighting in those fights... unless your a noob and havent played for that long at all.
WHY WHY WHY is ccp reversing what is good about this game, why suddenly catering to noob play. Fking drake blobs going to rule eve. There will be no small gang pvp.. titan pilots are going to have feild day.. ccp is basically ruining game balance, making the game utterly dull. There is only one gameplay and that iS TITAN BLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOB WARFARE!!!!!

Cald race will never be uber :) CCP hates them
as long as SPEED and sig effect damage to the extent they do missles will never be nothing but a fart to anything that is moving.

if you think minmatar is about speed, you dont get them. minmatar is about randomness. you never can tell what a minni ship will fit. we all know the optimum fit for a raven, but the tempest? you can do all sorts of things with a temptest.

lol tempest pls 1v1 my mega or abbadon.. roll that ship over any day. outanked and dps'd. I would think only a noob would train for a tempest, or trained for its looks.

Oh please.
Hurricane is and probably will remain my favorite battlecruiser. Not one thing they're changing hurts the Cane and some of it helps.
The Rifter is going to remain the best T1 frigate in the game.
The Thrasher is going to remain the best T1 destroyer in the game.
No change at all to the Muninn.
The Vagabond will still be the fastest cruiser-sized ship in the game and will still spit Barrage out to 20KM.
None of this affects the Rupture.
It does kind of suck for the Stabber.
The Cyclone and the battleships sucked already. Nerfing nanos didn't add anything to that.

Edit: Grace. First off, faster ships are still going to be faster ships. Secondly, it hurts all non-Minmatar speed fits which rely on the mods, implants and rigs to go fast. So Minmatar will be, thanks to their amazingly lean mass will be doing just fine. Caldari are actually going to suffer more because we just go a lot slower.
So minmatar the worst? Not quite. But I will tell you, Amarr just made medium range warfare possible. . .and thats a real asset.

I don't fly nanos (unless you want to count my interceptor, oh and I ahve a zealot that does some 3km/s with 2 od 1 nano... have like 2 kills with it, most of my zealot kills were with a dualrep fit) and I am against the nano nerf. and yes if its not nanoed I'm way better off in a harb/geddon.
similarly I didn't use nos (except for them ships with an empty high slot and nothing better to put in) and was against the nos nerf.

Today I love the devs and clearly they love me.
Small gang / solo pvp is not dead, has never been dead and will not die so long as folks are willing to fly arround and understand that you have to pick your targets and watch local. I've been happily solo for the better part of three years.
Face it, just like the nos nerf, and the carriers I suppose, once everyone wanted the FOTM it finally became month and not milenium.
Suck it up, adapt or die, harsh.. cold.. and gimmie your stuff.

nice you look for ganks. small gang pvp against fleets is what I am talking about, you would run from the first sight of being outnumbered. This patch will be great for you because you fit right into the blob crow with your tactics. Scouting for easy targets in essence is blobbing. Your blob tactics are not pvp, nor does it take any brainpower to run away from anything that is bigger than you.

So why do you engage 20 vs 100 or 10 vs 50? Because with the current speed game mechanics you KNOW you will not be killed and you can disengage anytime you choose. It takes zero brainpower, if you don't have to choose your enemy at all.
This change may ad variety in fittings and more more tactics to PvP.

The average podpilot is in the high twenties. The average forum post is written by someone in their young teens - if that.
Besides, caldari was the best race even prior to this boost.

are you kidding? it's been dead as shit for 4 years. no one looks for fair pvp, everyone in eve just wants to win now. not to mention there is no point in simply killing 1 person.

No-one looks for fair pvp - hence I must be a nobody.
Tournaments and duells are all about getting interesting matches and a fair game - hence they cannot exist.
There is no point in simply killing a person - hence the entertainment won by doing so - is pointless.
