I the Hooded Claw have many beliefs.
I believe in strength above weakness and piety before honour. For the glory of the Amarr Empire I serve and to those treasonable dogs in non empire whom call themselves 'alliances' I laugh in mocking tones.
Therefore it comes as no surprise to me to see the most putrid of those foul alliances, the Xetic Federation hiding in the very empire space they have turned there back on! The Curse Alliance must be very scary indeed my festering little children?
It is sad that your great corporations, such as Celestial and even your puny little ones like Exiled must hide beneath the tail coats of >0.4 space like frightened sheep.
I would encourage all who can to declare war on Xetic Alliance members to drive them out of empire to where they truly belong!

As for Celestial Horizon:
We are a very large corporation, as I'm pretty sure everyone noticed, but not all of us are operating in Xetic/IF space. We do not turn our backs to the newer EVE players, and so a large portion of our corporation is, indeed, sticking around Empire space.
I can assure you, those of us who were with Xetic/IF at the start of the war will stay there.
