After several encouragements I have decided to put up an auction for this BPO.
Item Energized adaptive nano membrane II bpo ME: 10 PE: 5 Profit rate: 1b/month
Auction rules End time: 10. August - 15:00 eve-time Sniper rule: 20minutes Start bid: 30b Reserve: Hidden - will be published 3. august Buyout: 49b Minimum increment: 500m
Extension An extension of the auction can be granted - IF someone can persvade me that it would be a good idea (Read: if you need more time to liquidate funds). If you feel the need for an extension then please contact me by eve-mail ingame.
Buyout details If the buyout is taken, then you should be aware that the bpo will not be available until 10. August. If you REALLY want it sooner (at buyout value) then it can be released at a premium of 500misk on top of the price - this premium must be payed upfront.
Availability The winner of the auction will receive a 1 day contract. The contract will be issued as soon as the BPO is unlocked (should be sometime late on the 10.August)
Location The blueprint will be contracted in a high-sec system within the forge region - delivery is not possible
Loan & Financing If you need a loan to finance the bpo then I can recommend the following banks BMBE Eve-bank
I am open for discussing a payment-plan. One setup could be that you get access to use the BPO but you can not take it until it is fully payed. If you want to use a payment-plan then it need to be fully negotiated before the end of the auction.
Fine print I reserve the right to disqualify any bid - this will mainly be in the case of fake/alt/whatever bids. I also reserve the right to cancel/modify/change the auction as I see fit (it is absolutely my intention not to do so). Any comments regarding the pricing and the other comments that are not bids will be considered as a "free bump" - if you want me to answer something then send me an eve-mail.

Well it says "Profit rate: 1b/month". That would have one assume its making 12B a year after sales. You could easily work it all out for yourself, personally im not going to as i dont buy T2 BPO's. This seems like a good long term investment to me. You dont invest in shares to be buying them back in a months time expecting mega profits do you?
Good luck. Nice auction.

Hello, just wondering how you arrived at the calculation of 12 billion a year in profit. It seems to me like it will get probably nowhere near that.

Edited by: Traxman on 31/07/2008 22:14:02 You make 35.2 units per day, atleast the one i have. That is in POS and with 4% production speed.
I cant say for sure what the exact production cost is but in a station and where you build everything yourself and with Jita prices the total comes down to around 161k, add a bit more due to the waste factor in a POS.
Selling it in Jita gives 980k, and atleast 5-10k goes away for tax/broker fees and the final will be around 810k profit per unit.
Per month this is ~ 28.152m or 10406.88m per year (if the prices are ofcus the same)
..I therefor bid 17.5b
Added:
I hope the seller accept the information and for customers intrested in this fine bpo.

Hi Sofi!
I am happy to see that you finally decided to make an auction for this very nice BPO. Since you got no bids of 30b+ yet, I'd like to ask if you consider bids below that. I doubt you do since you even set a "hidden" reserve and I got the impression, that you do not really need/want to liquidate, but please let me know. I am interested in this BPO.

Traxman have done a good job at explaining the details. However I am seing profit at around 950k/unit - also I can comment that I see prices go up and down (significant) during a month, most likely due to when bpo-owners build-cycle completes ;-)

Thank you - yes I have always believed it is a great bpo, even before the EANM boost. It is true that I have recieved no (public) bids of 30+b yet, however as most/all auctions regarding tech2 bpos I do not expect the "real" bids to show themself until close to the end of the auction.
To answer your question - it is unlikely however not impossible that I will accept bids below the reserve (thats sort of the definition of a reserve). I do not see myself accepting a bid below the start-bid in any forseeable future.

18.5b, a lot of cash for a modul bpo
I hope you don't stick to your reserve, the bpo was up a lot of times and not a big interest with running invention... I agree it was around 50b+ but not anymore.

I am sticking to my reserve - as a reserve... That is if the reserve is met then the bpo will certainly be sold.
In the event that the reserve is not met I will do some calculations / evaluations / etc - and consider the bids received, if I feel I can live with the offer then the bpo will be sold.
